Asperger's Alliance was developed with the goal of providing participants with the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential by exposing them to new experiences.

Group members can participate in new activities each month that allows them to develop relationships with fellow members in addition to expanding their skill sets.

Annual Friends & Family Picnic

Asperger's Alliance's Friends and Family Picnic has been a longstanding part of our history and each year continues to remain one of our favorite events. We believe there is nothing better than a summer BBQ and afternoon spent with the friends that have turned into family eating, sharing laughs, and enjoying our annual pie eating contest and dunk tank antics.

Prom & Homecoming

Asperger's Alliance held their first red carpet event Prom in 2015 and the following year hosted a Hawaiian Luau. In the Fall of 2017, Asperger's Alliance will do it again and will host it's very first Homecoming Game and 80s Dance. More Information will be announced later this summer!

The Amazing Race

Each year Asperger's Alliance creates a skills challenge loosely based off the reality television show "The Amazing Race". Our group members compete to solve clues and complete life skill and social challenges at various locations throughout the community. Every year the race commences at an undisclosed location with a surprise activity. One of our group members favorite challenge finales is an actual go-kart race at Mid-Atlantic Grand Prix.

Activities & Trips

Asperger's Alliance members have participated in numerous activities, including go-kart racing, rock climbing, snow tubing, horseback riding, kayaking, and hayrides and bonfires. Every year group members have the opportunity to participate in our annual trips to Hershey Park and beach day and BBQ. Other noteworthy trips our group members have participated in the last year include, the Smithsonian, Holocaust Museum, Pennsylvania Rein Faire, and Philadelphia Zoo.

There is nothing more beautiful than seeing a person being themselves. Imagine going through your day being unapologetically you.
